Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Many of the offered items are made using a print-on-demand process, which can take 48 hours to complete. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s on its way. Thank you for your patience!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Orders are typically shipped the day after they are completed. Currently, we rely on the amazing services of Polish Post to provide fair, buyer-friendly shipping rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your package. For smaller orders, you can choose from:

  • Priority Mail
  • Registered Priority Mail

For heavier orders or those containing larger and/or more valuable items, we currently offer:

  • Registered Priority Mail

While exact delivery times can vary, shipping within the European Union generally takes around 3-5 business days. In case of an extraordinarily long delay, please contact us at store@kiszkiloszki.com

Delivery to countries outside the European Union typically takes 5 to 15 business days. However, in some cases, it might take longer, depending on your location and the mood of your local customs officers. We carefully fill out the CN22/CN23 forms and attach it to the parcel/envelope to speed up their work and ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

When it comes to customs, please note that orders shipped outside the EU may (or may not) be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. Any possible additional charges are the customer’s responsibility. Yes, it’s frustrating, but please don’t blame us if it happens. Thanks for your understanding!

According to Polish Post’s terms, non-registered economy mail and parcel deliveries typically take up to 3 business days, while priority options should reach you within just 1 business day. That said, as we all know, delivery times can sometimes vary. In case of an extraordinarily long delay, please contact us at store@kiszkiloszki.com

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Please note that the shipping rate at checkout may not always match the exact cost due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates or shipping fees. We strive to keep these differences to minimum, ensuring you don’t pay more for delivery than necessary.

Occasionally, for orders containing numerous items, larger products, or more valuable goods, a small handling and packing fee may be added to the shipping cost. As with shipping rates, we make every effort to keep this fee as low as possible.
